Well, I’m sorry I’ve neglected my blog! What a great way to loose my beautiful readers! Thanks for stickin’ around. HONESTLY, I’m a butthead. Moving on. Today, I wanted to discuss trends for the current season and the trends for the fall/winter season 2010. SOOO, TRIBAL ANYONE?! I’m lovin’ this trend. All of the earth-tones and FAB prints. I think it’s really working for this season. People are feeling really inspired by Africa’s many earthy colors and patterns. Ooooo I just love it! Collars are getting bigger, jewelry Is growing as well! Along with the deep reds and rich oranges, designers are adding natural accents into their creations, like wood and straw, and completing the looks with beaded cuffs! Designers such as Lanvin, Givenchy, and Oscar de la Renta are all walking to the drum beat! And of course rodarte! But along with all this, Safari Fashion is boomin’ as well! Khaki pants and shirts are being paired with over-sized straw hats and boots. HONESTLY, I’m kinda’ I’m loves with the Africa-tribal-safari deal that’s happening. I was never really into the obnoxious, exotic prints(Probably because I’ve been in Forever 21 like a thousand times) But finally, I’m taking a liking. Pocahontas chic? Warrior runway? DO IT! Again, sorry ya’ll for not keeping up with this nastay thang! I have a lot of new ideas and fun posts to come!
